vbulletin/pp login problems

It's been a couple weeks now with the new PP and VB scripts for www.MyFishingPictures.com and www.Anglerschat.com. My techs have contacted you about problems with members accounts. They can log in fine on the VB site, but their User: Pass: does NOT work for the PP site. Their are 10k members and 76,643 photos. We can't get an answer for what the problem is.

this is what my tech sent me.

"Anyways, as you know the
database for the site is stored in v bulletin. Now what vbulletin does that
it encrypts the password once and then attachs a three character string with
it for security and then encrypts it again. Now when on the site a user logs
in, the photopost encrypts the password once and not twice with the string
so the members are not able to log in. I in coordination with the photopost
technical support are trying to sort it out. Believe me we are trying our
level best to sort it out. I would be regularly updating you about the
developments."

It has not been weeks now. Someone emailed on March 28th and I responded but have yet to get a response from the person I beleive there name is Ripal.

You can obtain support by posting on these forums if you wish here. However without knowing more about the situation I can not state a resolution for sure since the details are a bit sketchy about what exactly was done resently but I have a very good idea what your issue is just by taking one quick look at your site.

However for you to obtain support and me to respond to this issue you would need to comply with your license agreement and reinstate the copyright on our program. You have not purchased a branding free removal from what I see and your photopost is missing its copyright. Therefore I can not answer any support question until this has been corrected

If I am mistaken about you purchasing a brand free and our system is not showing it then please PM me the reciept of this brand free purchase.

If anyone can help I think Chuck can. He is assisting me on another problem right now and has been right there with me through the whole mess... Give chuck a chance he will get it straight....
