Cannot delete photos

I'm logged in as an admin, and I am unable to delete registered user's photos.

I go all the way to the photo I want to delete, check the "Delete Photo?" checkbox, and then click Submit. The refresh page says "You have successfully deleted your image."

However, when I am redirected back to the thumbnail view, the image is still there. I've tried the process several times, but the image is never removed.

I have checked my permissions in the admin section, and my user type does have delete rights.

I'm experiencing the same thing. The only way I can delete is from the admin menu.
