Can't Display Picture - New Install v3.5

I'm having a problem with broken images, when a thumbnail is selected. All the thumbnails show up fine, as well as the buttons. The link to the image says.

I pretty sure that I need to change the path for /cgi-php/phpwrapperdata, but I have no clue where to change it.

Any Ideas?

Under Storage Options... You have to change the URL/path. Why you got me?

Thats because on install your path was wrong and correcting it under Global Options and Storage Options is how that would be corrected.
