My Upload Photo Page is GONE! :(

I've installed this program many times on many sites - it should be imprinted in my brain. Just installed a new license on a new site and when I log in and click on "Upload Photo", there is the header, the footer, and nothing in between.

Please help!
The uploadphoto.php file IS there, I've double-checked the usergroup permissions, I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?
