Cant get past Step3=step=3&regtype=external On installation

I can't get past the 3rd step in the installaition. All files are there, and all the script does is "stall" and brings me to install.php which becomes a blank page

This is working with Vb3.5.3 and phpportal

Have you inputed the correct database information in the config part of the install?

Are all needed files uploaded from the distribution?

Is there any information in your server error logs as to what the problem might be?

No error appears in the logs as far why its timing out on the install.php step3

Also, MOGRIFY, what would be the path on a Windows machine. Im using WAMP server on a test windows machine, to make sure hte scripts work correctly before going live. I do get an error at step2 :

Testing MOGRIFY at: \usr\bin\X11\mogrify.... WARNING!
Cannot find ImagicMagick's MOGRIFY command listed as: \usr\bin\X11\mogrify

I have ImagicMagick installed on my machine in the c:Programs\ImagicMagick\ directory.

well I have no idea why the install script would stall but I think we should be seeing an error here.

You have a link to your phpinfo?

In install.php you can try this adding in bold

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Can't. This is an internal server (intranet)

Did. Solved the problem. Why was it doing that in the first place?

Now, if i go to the index.php I get these errors

Quote:
Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in C:\wamp\www\portal\gallery\header-inc.php on line 60

Warning: require(./global.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\portal\gallery\header-inc.php on line 61

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\wamp\www\portal\gallery\header-inc.php on line 61
of course those lines are:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
My vbpath is set to c:\wamp\www\portal\forums\
