Help
After installing the software,I was redirected to enter my user name a and password which I did then I get this error message

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in E:\Inetpub\Chocolate\forum\Photopost\index.php on line 15




Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: E:\Inetpub\Chocolate\forum\Photopost\index.php
