Manage photos doesn't delete photos.

I've loged in as normal member's account and tried to use the profile > manage photos. It seems normal members can't delete the photos in Manage pphoto options.

Is this a bug or is there a way to fix it?

In misc.php add this in bold

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Then make the change in bold on this line
