MySQL Problem
 

This just started yesterday. Whenever I try to go to my gallery I get the following error:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Host 'mysql3.existhost.com' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /hsphere/local/home/westcoas/myfishingpics.com/photopost48c/pp-inc.php on line 74
I cannot connect to the PhotoPost database. []

Is this something that my host needs to deal with or did something happen to my gallery's DB?

Your host would need to deal with this as it deals with your mysql connection information on the server.
