Config links not showing up in Admin

I'm sure there is some easy solution to this that I'm probably overlooking, but I'm ripping all of my hair out right now.

I just installed Photopost Pro - almost everything seems to be working great.
But when I go into the admin, I don't have any of the config links on the left that I know should be there.

I see the General box with the links to Statistics, Approve Photos, etc. but that is the only box there is and it ends at "Log out".

I've installed and used Photopost many times - I know it should be there. I checked admin-misc.php and the code is there, it's just not showing up on the page for some reason.

Can anyone help me here? Please???

I did a phpbb2 integration.
I can go check the properties on my bb, but I know I have admin rights there.
Thanks for your reply!
