New install photos not showing up but thumbs do.

In the photo details section the photos don't show up. Thumbnails seem to work fine.

Turn off on the fly watermarking or fix your watermark image path

Can I use watermarking with imagemagick? I thought I could but I see lots of stuff with GD (or what ever that other image program is.) I think my path is correct. is there a particular place that the watermark.gif should be? Does it need any special rights?

All fixed. I was thinking on the fly watermarking was the same as watermarking. I think I'm all set now. Thanks!

Yep you need gd for on the fly. Imagemagick does permanent watermarking.
