Upgraded from 5.21 to 5.3 - sessions_keys doesn't exist??

I just did the upgrade from 5.21 to 5.3 and am getting Hundred of e-mail error reports - all the same as listed below. I did follow the directions pretty well I thought and ran the upgrade.php file after coping all of the upgraded files over. Did I miss something here.....

SELECT key_id FROM dmphpbb_sessions_keys WHERE user_id=2 ORDER BY last_login DESC LIMIT 1

The query returned with an errorcode of:

Table 'dmphpbb2.dmphpbb_sessions_keys' doesn't exist

To turn off these emails, set $debug=0 in your config-inc.php file.

Hello please upgrade your phpbb to the latest version as we suppose phpbb 2.018 and above now.

They changed there authentication routine a bit.

I am runing phpBB 2.0.8 - it should state this in the upgrade notes so one is not caught off guard by upgrading. I will now look into upgrading or restore the previous version that did work with phpBB 2.0.8.
