Error message when trying to upload

I upgraded from 5.2 to 5.3 yesterday and my members are saying they are getting an error message when trying to upload:

We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script: uploadphoto

Query: UPDATE cache SET timestamp=0 WHERE id=1

Result: Table 'sggallery2.cache' doesn't exist

Database handle: Resource id #6

What am I missing here? I ran the upgrade script and didn't overwrite any of my config files. Should I have done that?

Hello please make sure you run the required upgrades to update your photopost. You would need to run upgrade 5.11 and upgrade 5.2

It appears to me your upgrading from 5.11 cause your cache table does not exist.
