Your not a valid moderator or admin because you did not enter the correct table prefix so your usergroups entries where not installed.

Reinstall the application over top the present install and answer all the questions correctly and you will be fine

Re-installing over the 1st install worked! Thanks very much!

I'll do this with ClassifiedPost and ReviewPost.
