More errors...

One of my users got this error when trying to post in the "Main" catagory. He said he used to choose this as default instead of a "named" catagory with old versions of the software and it worked for him.

Hello

Have you uploaded all the required files?

You should get a javascript that stops the upload and says you can not upload to a top level category.

Any idea what file I may have missed? I thought I had uploaded all of the files that were listed as changed since 5.2, but I could have missed one.

Well between 5.1 and 5.3 there where many files. I would suggest at first glance uploadphoto.php and uploadphoto.tmpl and bulkupload.tmpl and bulkupload.php.

Still getting the same errors. I just over wrote all of my old files with files from the PP5.3 package and it's still coming up with that error.

If you upload to a top level category do you get a java box when you hit submit that stops you and says you can not upload to a top level category?

You have a test account to upload with and url?

I created a test account for you and PMed you with the info.

I do recieve the pop up when if I

1. Hit the upload link
2. select Main as the catagory

But if I

1. Hit upload link
2. Do not make any selections from the drop down menus and leave it saying "Elite Explorers Photos"
3 Browse and select a photo
4. submit
5.Select catagory MAIN from the drop down menu
6 "Process"
7 errors are generated
Thanks.

This upload check for notcat is not in bulkupload which is your issue then.

You can PM me an email and we can try some modified files I can send you. Too many changes to note here.

I send and recieve at minimum around a hundred emails a day and I have no issues here. Check any spam filters or trash bins as the issue has to be on your end or your isp is blocking comcast's emails.

Worse comes to worse PM me and I will see if I can upload the zip to my site and give you a link.

As I've said, I checked the spam filter box at yahoo and gmail. It never showed up on my own server either.

PM sent.
