Exclamation HELP INSTALLING! blank page!

I cannot get this install going (photopost pro 4.8.1), im currently using 4.8.1 version with the newest version of vbulletin board. THe issue i am having is im putting all the correct info in the config-inc.php file and i upload everything to a /gallery/ folder and CHMOD all the correct files.

But when i go to the install path on the address bar it just sits on a blank page. This isnt a browser issue as i have tried it on diff browsers and different machines, someone please help me install this. Do i need to have lal the files uploaded to the same folder as my forum ? i cannot do anything as it always sits on a blank page. can someone please help? i cannot even access the first step in the instal!

I think I have the same problem.

I upgraded vbulletin from 3.07 to 3.53 and now the gallery page is blank.

Please let me know what may be the problem and how to resolve.

Thanks

Hello If your using vbulletin 3.5 you must download and be installing at the very least PhotoPost 5.2 to work with vbulletin 3.5

Photopost 4.81 which was released more than a year before vbulletin 3.5 is not compatible with vbulletin 3.5

Question

Thanks Chuck!

Question, if I now try to upgrade to the latest photopost version will it work? Is it better to first upgrade the photopost to the latest version and then upgrade vbulletin to 3.5 or does the order not matter?

Thanks

It does not matter. If you have upgraded vbulletin 3.5 then just upgrade photopost. You can upgrade photopost beforehand if you wish. We automatically sense what vb your running.
