Code changes 5.21 - 5.3

I tried searching for code changes threads/readmes but couldn't find any.

I have a modded photopost, and it would be a great help if you delivered a code changes info within the photopost package, just like phpBB does.

Also code changes 5.2 to 5.21 would be appreciated.
