Admin user being denied

Hi PhotoPost team and members...

Not sure if this is a bug or not, so trying this forum first.

I have managed to install photopost and everything was smooth.... It's installed in the same DB as vBulletin and uses prefix pp_ for tables...
It uses external user registration (vB registration)...

[The problem]

When I log in from vb forum and click on gallery the session is transferred correctly and I'm still logged in in photopost... but, when I click on "Admin" link from photopost, session is somehow lost and I'm asked for login again... in addition, when I enter the admin username and pass, it says that is not the correct combination... etc...

I've setup manually in usergroups table field cpaccess to 1...
Also, when logged in as admin I don't have any "admin links" on the left side...

If anyone can help me out with this, that would be great!!

Hello on install your cookie prefix was not entered.

To correct this you can use phpmyadmin or similar sql window to run an sql query on the settings table of photopost. Your cookie prefix can be found in the config.php file of vbulletin includes directory but is by default bb.

make sure to replace your table prefix if different

UPDATE pp_settings SET setting='bb' WHERE id=172

Same problem in Fusion. Will this query work with Fusion also?

well it would but you would need to correct with the proper fusion cookie prefix

I take it you forgot to enter the cookie prefix on install?
