Usergroups being ignored

I just upgraded to the latest version of both PP and IPB. PP is able to see my users, however, it appears the usergroups are not being seen.

For example, I am able to login to both PP and IPB. However, PP doesn't see that I am an administrator while IPB does.

Any suggestions?

Hello

A url to your install would help and a test login account. That way we can determine what is incorrect in the setup.
