bulkupload.php issue?

have gotten several notes from users with the same issue:

Hi, for the last week every time I try to upload a layout to my gallery I get the following error message:

You don't have permission to access /gallery/bulkupload.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Using PP 5.21

HMM do you have the path to your photopost scripts filled out in the config?

Url to installation?

Hmmm seems tonight another user had this same issue after about 4 tries. Then she sent me her log in details and I was able to upload it ok - and also saw her 4 past attempts to upload it pending there and I unchecked those and then uploaded one copy of the photo (again logged in as her just on my computer) and all went as normal. What might this suggest? What could I suggest to others as a resolve if this continues to occur?

Well if you could login as her and upload I dont know what to say.

Now try and ask your host if they have mogrify installed on the server.

If you can use imagemagick instead of GD that would solve alot of memory issues on upload of larger files.
