Funky when uploading to a certain category

I just created categories and uploaded zip files to each category. Zip files were from my previous gallery.

The last category has a zip file of 3.2mb, the largest zip so far. When I try to upload it, it simply goes back to the category which contains no images. I tried creating two new zips with half the photos in each. This time I get

Content visible to verified customers only.

in the message box and

Content visible to verified customers only.

above the header.

So I hit the back button and hit the upload photo button again but this time I upload an indivisual photo from the zip. I get to the process page with the thumbnails and fields for titles and descriptions but all the pictures from the zip are there.

Any ideas?

All the other cateogories uploaded and are working fine so far.

edit: After processing the files it showed me, I went back and uploaded the 2nd zip file which uploaded and processed fine.

So your left with one zip?

Have you tried to upload that one file it is stopping on and seeing if it is not corrupt?

Is the uploads/191 set to 777?
