problem with templates

Hi,

I am running a licenced version of photopost/vbulletin on my server and have a issue with the templates i was hoping to find a quick solution!

basically i cant set the background color of the gallery and am not sure what template to edit in photopost to do this.

Take a look at my site http://www.vfxtalk.com and you notice the forum has a light blue background but the website has a black background to the left and right of the forum.

But the gallery, which is at http://www.vfxtalk.com/gallery/ uses the forums theme but it is missing the black background to the right and left of the forum itself...

photopost is set up not to use stylesheets as the stylesheets dont work right.

thanks,
karsten

Okay well your using PhotoPost's own stylesheets and not the vb3 integration so if your trying to change the background to black you would need to edit the stylesheet in Admin => Edit Stylesheets and change the body background to #000000

Hi,

Thanks a lot, that worked great - now the background is all black and matches the rest of the site.

i have 1 last question for you now how do i set the background color of the main photopost center table (the one that photopost shows up in) as it is now all black as well?

If you notice the vfxtalk website has a black background for the site and a dark blue background for the main table

http://www.vfxtalk.com

but the gallery now has a black background for the site and for the main table

http://www.vfxtalk.com/gallery

thanks in advance!

Your site is a vbulletin site which uses a class to load the page class which is that inner table.

We do not use the same way of doing things in our coding so you would manually need to code a inner table.

However why are you not just electing to use the vb3 integration and automatically use the vb header and stylesheet classes which does what your trying to do automatically?

i thought this was what i was doing? all the settings seem to point to this however the fact that when i make changes to the stylesheet in gallery the site changes makes me wonder?

how can i make sure this is what is happening? ie make sure its using the vbulleting settings?

In Admin => Edit Integration settings you can fill out the paths and urls to the forum and gallery and turn ON the 3 vb3 enhanced switchs.

That should get you going.
