can't get into adm-index.php after logging in

I just installed the product and chose VB3.5 integration and when I log in on the adm-index.php screen I am immediately taken to the vb forums with photopost displayed inside my header and footer. It also shows me as not logged in.

I skipped the entry of cookie name and paths when installing.

please help

On install you must enter two things to be able to login correctly. On the first step of install is the vb license number. The next is on the next to last step of install is enter the vbulletin cookie prefix which by default is bb. You can find your vbulletin cookie prefix and license number in your vb config.php file which is located in the vbulletin install includes directory. Since both the cookie prefix and license number are encrypted along with the password to form the password cookie this is why you do not authenticate. I would suggest you rerun install.php and input the information.

You must change your forum email to match that of the license on file for photopost. Only verified customers are allowed certain access on our site. This thread should explain this in detail.

I just tried it - no luck - I have a valid VB 3 license and entered BB at the cookie prefix and when I enter my vb3 admin username and password - it takes me here and the screen is blank.

I'll be happy to send you the detail in a ticket and give you access, but it will not let me create a support ticket.

ps: I check the vb config.php file and the cookie prefix is set to 'bb; which is what I entered when installing photopost the 2nd time.

Have you entered the correct vblicense in the config-inc.php file?

yes and I got it working and just finished all the configuration stuff (I have two other copies of PP running on other sites and have written numerous hacks) so I fairly familiar with the product.

the problem was stupidity on my part - sorry for the inconvenience.

I was surprised to find all rights for all groups from my VB set to NO after installing PP.

that explains why I could not upload.

duh!

I found a mistake on line 35 of template: uploadphoto.tmpl

here's the line:

<td class="{$Style['tddetails']}" align="left">span class="{$Style['small']}">{$Globals['pp_lang']['username']}</span></td>

It should have a '<' before the 'span'
