Okay and did you hack a file or use the plugin system?

If you hacked a file it is not going to show cause the hacked file is now a new file with the edit not there

Right but what I am saying is if you hacked index.php to load inc_features.php and then overwrote the index file with a new one then the block is not going to show. You either need to reedit index.php or add a plugin to load the inc_features.php file in the forumhome_complete area

You aren't a verified user - check your email setting in your User CP to ensure it matches your email address that you purchased your product under.

I get a page that says I am not a registered user to get the plugin download as well.
I have not changed anything for 2-3 years in my cpanel.

I can not get the download either.
Get the message below.

iloco, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Made all the changes in my cpanel with correct email address that my account is using and still can not download the file above for the plugin.
Do I need to wait intill the cache kicks in for this as well as for my showing of verified Customer under user name as well.
I dont use the timed cache thing on my forum so not sure how it all works out.

Thanks, I'm working with support to hopefully get it resolved, as the email listed under my license isn't mine.

Thanks Chuck. I had did all that but still got the page saying I was not registrered user. I sent suppot an email and hopefuly now that it shows I am a verififed Customer I can use the site as before.
Might been the cache thing that was keeping me from using as before.

Ok I just checked and was able to down load the plugin zip so must been the cache thing when I was trying. All is well once again. Thanks everyone.

Will the issue was that after you change the email our system needs an hour or so to run the cron task to scan through and update users as I explained in the support email.

I went in and manually moved you to the verified group
