users not staying logged in.

I have a few customers/users who have written to me this week regarding very simliar situations (see below). Our downloads the second response refers to is in our gallery (ie: the preview and then it links to an external server from gallery software). THANKS!

I have suggested they log out, clear cache, cookies, temp internet files; and then close browser. Log back in - doesn't work.

We are using Photopost Pro 5.21 (latest build - uploaded today to ensure we didn't have any issues).

When I go in and enter my name and password and check the box to remember me it takes me in and recognises me. When I want to go to next page I have to enter may name and password and that happens when ever I change to the next item. It tells me I do not have permission to view the items so I then have to keep entering my name and password. It is really time consuming to keep doing it. Please I hope you can tell me what I am doing wrong.

each time logging in and then being thanked for logging in, however, when I try to access the Downloads sections, most of the time I'm denied permission to access, but occasionally I get lucky and am allowed permission to access (but I'm luckily only until I change folders in the Downloads section... then I again get a permission denied message).

What you must do is make sure your cookies are aligned properly

A link to your board would help here.

Did you not switch your integrations recently?

Nope - we have always had the same integration with VB.

You have a test login I can try with and I will check your cookie setup as this is what it sounds like to me if the user is saying there login is not being recognized.

sending it to you via pm and set with admin privies.

Okay well I think we would need more info from the user here as the logins you gave me look fine. Your cookies are integrated that I see and I do not see anything wrong

Check with the user they are allowing cookies on there computer and not blocking them.

Just double check your vblicense number as well.
