apostrophe slash issue.

Anything an apostrophe's in the category titles do not parse properly in the categories... For example when adding a new category that contains an apostrophe or quote.

For example - it's becomes: it\'s

I have done testing again today after Chuck's advisement to retry uploading all the 5.21 files and that seems to have helped the user upload issues of the same thing in the title and description.

I beleive this is posted here but try this. In adm-cats.php try this line 92

$ncatname = convert_html($catname);

change to this

$ncatname = convert_html(stripslashes($catname));
$catdesc = convert_html(stripslashes($catdesc));

Thanks.... I'm current checking on some other things as well... after installing the 5.21 update again - we now have a runaway script somewhere and our memory/apache is running through the roof We had a load average of over 500+ today EEEEK!
