Staging an integration with vb3.5

I have quite a busy web site that doesn't tolerate downtime. How do I coordinate upgrading pp, ppclass, and rp, to be compatible with vb3.5 and then upgrade vb3.x to minimize downtime?

Well I would suggest upgrading each of our products one at a time and then upgrading vbulletin.. Each application should be down for say half hour at a time but you should be all done in 2 hours.

Basically you want to upgrade our stuff first cause if you upgrade vb first you will break the integration and the other apps are unuseable till you upgrade them.

Yes, I am in the process of learning what the wrong order is...

I am here searching for information on hooks to place the inc_features and Inc_photopost back on my forums. I don't have a clue on how to do this, and what I have read is clear as mud right now.......
