A Problem with everything

Hello,
When trying to look at pictures, finish uploading pictures, etc. I get this error:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_wysiwyg_compatible() in /home/deathleg/public_html/forums/gallery/showphoto.php on line 922"

Now I tried to read up on this on the forums but I couldn't find anything that helped.

Can someone reply back letting me know what is wrong? This seems to be the only problem I am having since I finally upgraded from 486 to 521.

To get the verified tag the announcement at the top of each forum is this

Your using VB 3.5 and as a result you need to turn on the vb3 enhancements in edit integration so we can grab that function from vb
