Upgrade successful - Images missing

I did my upgrade from 4.8x to 5.2. Everything went fine until it was finished. All of my images have the dreaded Red X and all thumbnails are missing.

I did the move data file during the 4.8 to 5 upgrade and received no errors and it came back saying the move was successful.

I am affraid to touch anything without understanding what I need to do next?

At this point, I will be happy to pay for you guys to upgrade.

Well I am going to assume here somewhere down the point step 3 of the 485 upgrade was clicked more than once which resulted in photo userid's being prepended on the photo name multiple times. If you right click the link you should see this

Restore a backup of the photos table and rerun the 485 upgrade only clicking step 3 once.

Chuck - Before I do that can you take a look and tell me what you think?

Here is a link to a photo:

I am not sure what you mean by prepending usernames twice.

The reason I am not keen on a restore is because I had a heck of a time doing it earlier and had to have my host do it, and it takes them days to get back to me sometimes. If I have to do, I will go ahead and do so, but I want to make sure first.

If you need any admin access, let me know and I will PM you anything you need.

Thanks.

Actually it is the other way around.

You NEVER ran step3 of that upgrade. Make sure to do the 485 upgrade and run step3 ONCE ONLY. Make sure you have a backup of the photos table before you try

OK. Got it. I ran the upgrade and the large images come up but not the thumbnails. Do I need to "Rebuild all thumbnails"?
