Views not being counted?

After upgrading from 5.1 to 5.21, the views for some reason are not being counted. Well actually they are in the database, BUT they don't show on the showphoto...any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Do you have the view cache set to YES

If this is set to yes then views are not updated automatically

Ah then there solves the problem! Do you have any recommendations as to when one should start using the cache? (as in numbers?)

No it all depends on what the user things is appropriate for there site

The view cache thing is good for busier sites as it does not write a view to the photos table every time someone views a photo so do what you think is right.
