No I never saw that post. Well this points to a server issue not Photopost

Question is why classifieds would still work when it is the exact same code and exact same table.
Sorry but you are the one telling me you are posting things we you aren't!

And you aren't reading the posts and asking me multiple times for info already posted.

All I tried to do in PM is send you the info you need that shouldn't be public. Everything else we say should be posted here!

Once I go to PM to assist someone all my discussion takes place there not the thread hense the issue. Your posting multiple times here in this thread and no all I am seeing is the last post and responding to it

How I would suggest you reupload all clean Photopost files. Photopost and Classifieds are coded in the respects we are talking about the same way using the same table format everything so there can not be a problem with Photopost here. You saying classifieds works proves me right on this point. So the issue is why in the Photopost directory is SERVER IP not translated

Maybe you should tell the other person that!

What? This sounds like something from Micrsoft! Can't figure out the problem so the answer is re-install!

I'll try that tommorrow if you honestly can tell me you really that that will fix the problem!

I don't see how! But I'll try.

Hopefully another person from PP can take a look at that before I spend time reuploading!

Paul

If you compare the code in Photopost and Classifieds for who's online they are identical. That is a fact. All 3 products are coded the same in this respect. Thus telling me Classifieds works tells me the issue is not the Photopost code itself unless there is something else outside our program here interfering server wise or something. This is what needs to be resolved.

Now you have refused me FTP ACCESS to run some tests to find out what the issue is so yes you limit the response I can give. If I do not have the resources I need the only response I can really give is to reupload base clean files and proceed from there.

Do you see why I say the issue is not with our code now?

I checked out the site - photopost shows 1 unregistered user online, while his forums show 67 guests. It's unlikely that the photopost count is correct. The code may be reading from the db table correctly, but the db table may be corrupt or photopost may not be writing it correctly. I've PM'ed Paul and asked him to send you his FTP info for testing.

It might not be your code but it is probably a db issue not solved by reloading the pages.

I denied you ftp when you said you wanted to test to see if the server could get ip's. I didn't want to go down that road when I knew it could. For other tests with the database, you can have ftp.

I'm sending it now.

Well the issue is not the database as I dropped that and recreated it last night. It is definately something server side that ftp should uncover.
