Just installed got a good bit of problems...

I have just installed photopost.... http://www.thinkcomputers.org/photo/

1st problem, I cannot import my usergroups from phpbb2, It says error then goes back to the regular screen.

2nd problem, when I did upload a photo as soon as it was done uploading I got a message saying, "Photo not found in database". I clicked to go back to the main page and it looked like the picture was there, I clicked on it and I got the not found error. Photo post seems to be adding extra character to the urls or something....When I'm in the admin panel and click on order images I see 2 images I have in the DB. Now when I click on them I of course get an error, photopost is pointing to....

http://www.thinkcomputers.org/photo/.../3IMG_2507.JPG

When the files is actually stored here: http://www.thinkcomputers.org//photo...0/IMG_2507.JPG.

Im not sure why photopost added a "3" infront of the file name.

Also when I click on any of my categories I get a 404 not found error, im not sure why that is either...

Any input on any of these errors would be helpful. If you need anymore information from me please let me know.

Ok some updates from the past few hours....

I found out why when I click on my categories I get a 404 error...

Photopost is pointing to: http://www.thinkcomputers.org/photo/...rs.php/cat/500

When it should point to: http://www.thinkcomputers.org/photo/...rs.php?cat=500

Looks like its not putting in the "?" and "=" not sure why could be a php thing??? Also this could be the reason that when you click on the images you get a 404 error....as I said before any help is appreciated!

Okay well in admin global options turn off spider url's as your server is not compatible with them

I dont show any other errors other than seeing Photopost crammed into a 400 pixel window which is going to present visual abnormalities you might want to consider.

Chuck thats for that! :)

I have 1 more problem, as I said before I cannot import usergroups / ranks from phpbb2, so anyone has access to the admin panel. You can login with user: komodo pass: test and see what I mean. Everything else seems to be working good thanks!

Set regular users to NO MODERATORS ACCESS

as far as import error I would need that error here to suggest what is wrong
