Upload problem - please help!!!

I want to upload some pic after a few weeks and there is a Problem

(look at the picture)

1 pic oder bulk upload, all the same!

Wat can i do????

Do you have a link to your phpinfo?

Have you verified that the data directory and all it's children folders are 777 as this might help

I hostet on Strato - so i can´t change anything there!

Safe Mode is on the server. Safe Mode is suppose to be off. Also your PHP was updated a couple weeks ago. These changes to your server are what is affecting you. First thing you need to do is get to a server that has safe mode off.
