how to use "Aditional field type"
 

for example I added
Extra Text Field #1*: as "lala"

but how to include it?
for example after category name.
I tried {$CatPerms['extra1'][$id]}
but its not working

what do you mean include it? Some more info please ;)

extra fields are for display and entry on uploadphoto showphoto and editphoto and are already coded to show where they are suppose to.

I need to have 2nd description field to put it right after description info.
how its possible?

You in edit categories specify the name of the extra field. Then on upload you are asked the question to put in the data.
