i have 3 vba galleries and 2 photopost pro galleries up to date...

what do i need to do?

are you able to upgrade me to pp pro on me 3 vb galleries?
pp pro is so much better...

if so, can you do this for me please for a fee?

thanks.

glad to finally see someone capable of handling support for their product...vba was a nightmare.

I can't believe Brian (vBa gallery) sold out. The whole reason I bought vBa gallery was to get away from PhotoPost. If you think PP's support is great, then you haven't put a support request in or reported a bug yet, have you?

Put it to you this way...they treat you like the bug/error is your problem, and if you can't figure it out, then oh well. That's PP support.

i started out with photopost on 2 of my domains..
i had some trouble with tech support as well, so i did some research and found vba...brian promised me the world...."we'll do everything for you" blah, blah, blah..
so i then buy vba galleries for 3 of my domains...
get the cmps portals, links program, branding free, installation, everything...
we get halfway into the project and he tells me he doesn't have time to help me any more....
leaves me hangin so hard....
luckily enough, his tech kevin, helped me fix a lot of things and finish my custom work...he did this for free....not on behalf of vba, but on behalf of his support for my mission and as a friend...he is awesome.
anyway...
brian was copying from photopost all along...
i think it's best that pp took it over...
my only hope is that we now get to upgrade these cheesy vba galleries to photopost pro 5.21 or latest version...
they run so much smoother, have many more features and run much better on my enormous traffic loads...
i have more than 500 people trying to login at the same time, several times a day...this will only increase with time, so i need the most powerful gallery i can get.
thanks for letting me share...

in addition...
i learned that if i am patient with chuck, which usually does not exist in my vocabulary, he will eventually fix everything...
if i have to pay to fix something, i really don't care, as long as it is fixed..
he's been pretty cool to me lately, which is a big relief...
and to date, even though there have been some misunderstanding and break in communication here and there, chuck has fixed everything for me...
i'm hoping i can now FINALLY have one damn gallery that works, works without problems, and tech support for all of my domains simplified with one company.
i have 57 domains and am dying to add more galleries soon...
we'll see how this merger thing goes...
