Hello,

I just renewed my members area membership, but I still can't log in.

Please advise.

admins are answering other posts, but seem to be ignoring mine. I can't understand why. My programmer had to leave and I still have to pay for his time. This is ridiculous.

Your members area renewal will be active once customer service process's your renewal. Just like when you purchased the licenses and had to wait several hours it is not automatic. Every order is hand processed. Given it is saturday it can take quite a few hours until the sales department would get to it. We do process orders 7 days a week.
