I paid to remove branding please tell me how

I paid to remove the branding and now I cannot seem to get a straight answer on how to do so? Please be specific on how i can remove the branding?

I have never seen such a poorly run tech support system.

Sorry you feel that way, I only see one other post by you in the forums. Did you use the ticket system to ask for more information?

There are no tickets in our support system from any customer asking how to remove the brand free. When did you ask how to remove your brand free?

I paid a 99.99 fee to remove the branding. All i got was Email that said go look here on how to remove it. I would think that if you pay for something like that the Email would contain directions on how to remove it. It would be easier that way. The way you do made me feel like I paid for it and did not get it.
