getting ERROR: failed to open stream: Permission denied in
I just installed the script and I am get this error when I try upload photos

failed to open stream: Permission denied in image-inc.php on line 37

What is this all about

Per the installation instructions the uploads and data directories as well as all there children need to be set to 777
