PhotoPost Database Admin ERROR
Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/memphisracingscene.com/httpdocs/pp/adm-misc.php on line 1026

How do I fix it?

well your using an old version it looks like

Try in config making sure you have your path set to where photopost is on the server
