Errors when accsessing Admin and after picture uplaod

Hi

I thought I had done really well with the install of PotoPost 5.21 with vB 3.51 untill I got these errors when accessing Admin and after trying to upload a picture.

SAFE MODE must be OFF on the server you install Photopost

Safe mode is on at a local level, but off at a master level.
Does safe made need to be on at a master level?
How can I turn safe mode on at a master level?

If it is on at local level turn it off

So how do I turn safe mode off (I'm a beginner when it comes to these sort of things)

You would edit your php.ini usually and turn it off. You will probally need to contact your host
