Installation dies after Step 5

I got through the installation with no problems until I hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page at Step 5, and it immediately goes to an "HTTP 406 Not Acceptable" error page. No matter what I type into the page at Step 5, I always get the 406 error. Any ideas what might be holding me up?
Thanks,
-Bart

It does not take me to a link, just displays an HTTP 406 error page. See the attached screenshot.
Thanks.

You can right click save and view the link

Basically as long as all the required files exist I dont know why you would get this error

Check to ensure the adm files are there
