error and a blank page after Vbulletin 3.5.1 uppgrade

i tried to search about my problem that i have a blank page after i uppgrade the Vbulletin forum to 3.5.1 it works well before but not now.

I get a error in the top

And my categories is gone and the picture is in tha server but in the page it says The picture doesnt find in the database

You need to run the upgrade script and create the cache table and run any other upgrades that are needed
