Bulkhead.php Error showing up when uploading

Please direct me on exactly what questions I need to ask of my members above what has already asked.

User #1
I've been trying to upload a layout to the color gallery and keep receiving an error that tells me to contact Admin.

Can anyone help?
I'm logged onto the site
the photo is 400 x 400 and less than 125k
and I've tried 500 x 500 and less than 100k

editted to say:
Ok I got it to post, but can't put the name or any photo information with it, so I just left a link in the forum under the challenge.

TECHSUPPORT

When you got the error, do you remember exactly what it said? I'll need to know that.

Have you tried to upload another layout? If you could, could you try a test upload and see what happens?

If you go into your layout

and scroll down to the "edit photo" and try to edit, what exactly happens?

User #2

I'm having this problem also. After I click process, I'm taking to this page:
http:://www.site.com/gallery/bulkupload.php
The error message I get is:
There was an error uploading this photo. Please report to System Administrator.

I've tried using both Firefox and IE and I get the same problem. Any ideas? My file is only 93.2kb

TECHSUPPORT

Have you tried to upload another layout? If you could, could you try a test upload and see what happens?

Does it allow you to upload any layouts, or just one?

Which screen does it shoot up the error, the first page where you pick the layout and press save, or the second screen where you can enter further information?

Also, in the first screen, are you changing any defaults that are there or are you just picking a layout and pressing submit?

I have tried to reproduce this. I can't on my side.

I will need exact, step by step instructions on what you did to upload your layout. If you can also email me the layout:

User #3

I'm getting an error message too. Here's what I get when I upload: http:://www.site.com/gallery/bulkupload.php. I was able to upload a different Lo after getting this message yesterday, so I don't know what the difference is. My file is 65.9KB, so I don't think it's the size of the file that's the issue.

The only default I'm changing is whether or not to be notified for responses to my LO from NO to YES

User #2

I am getting the error on the second screen. I have not tried this with other another layout, but I have tried changing the size of my photo as well as the file name.

In the first, I did not change any of the default settings.

(wow)

I didn't change anything just clicked process

was taken to this address: http://www.site.com/garllery/bulkupload.php
with this message displayed
There was an error uploading this photo. Please report to System Administrator.

I'm using windows 2000 nt with IE and no firewall.
my image is 400 x 400 124k

now I just tried it again

selected the image

typed just the word into for a title

and clicked upload/submit

it took me to the PhotoPost Add screen

entered my description on that screen

and it posted successfully!

but I couldn't editted the image to change the name

hope this helps!

It looks like I'll have to wait to include a description/credits until the second screen.

The issue that is happening is in direct result to the fix that was given to me here:

Slash Apostrophe showing up.

Folks are no longer able to upload layouts that have apostrophes in them.

Then you need to remove the fix and wait for us to be able to set up a server with 4.41 which will take time

Already did Chuck. I also already fixed the problem with the apostrophes. Thanks though.

The correct fix for this issue is here:
'This' becomes \'This\' - photo upload Title/description
