Deleted Image still shows on Recent Photos

I had posted a test image and after it was online, I deleted it. It's gone. However on the homepage of the Gallery a BLANK thumbnail still exists in the "Recent Photos" area. And also in the Recent Comments area.

I'm run a database check via phpmyadmin, and it's listed under the photos posted by me. I'm not sure how to fix this.

Please advise.

Solved- Apprently during my upgrade.. the CACHE table didn't install properly. Using phpmyadmin I dropped the table.. and then ran the upgrade.php script again and it created the fresh table.

This has fixed my issue.
