Help with upgrading EVERYTHING!

I am running vBulletin 3.0.7, photopost 5.13 and vBadvanced v2.0 RC2. I want to upgrade everything to the latest versions...any suggestions for the easiest and most efficient (and safest) way to accomplish this? What should I do first? There is a method at vBulletin that just replaces all the old files with new ones for vBulletin, and uses a copy of the old database. If I do this, I'm assuming this will be the method:

Upgrade vBulletin according to the instructions.
Upgrade Photopost
Add new version of vBadvanced

Is this most likely the best way to go about this?

Thanks so much for any advice!

I would do it in this order and follow all upgrade instructions

1. photopost
2 vbulletin
3. vbadvanced
