Photos show up as red x's

I am having some problems with my IE users.

User #1

Ok, I'm having the problem again and I haven't installed or uninstalled anything since the problem was fixed.

Deleted my temp files again today did not help under MSN or IE.

I can view the gallery under AOL, however, that has not changed.

Running WXP, IE version 6.02 and MSN version 9.10.

Oh and I have also done a hard refresh several times, to no avail.

Any ideas?

User #2

IE 6.0

AOL No

only have one browser installed

deleted all temp files and am still having the problem.

---
Anything I can ask them to help get this installed? Any idea of what I can do to fix this? Thanks.

Entire gallery, to the users, show a red x.

If you need more information, please give me step by step questions to ask them to help you troubleshoot this.

Okay well there is nothing wrong on our end I see. Your paths are set right and I can view your gallery using Mozilla IE and Opera

If they get red x's whats going to help here is having them right click the x and see what is the path they are getting.
