bulk upload problem

This is REALLY annoying! I keep getting this sometimes, it seems to be dependant on image.

I'll upload say 20 pictures into the upload folder via FTP. I'll then go into "upload photos" page and use the admin tool at the bottom to process all files in the user's folder.

The result then varies.........

Ill either get a "page not found" as soon as I hit "Upload/Submit" if the "bypass approval " box is ticked.

or

if its not ticked it will show a list of the files, and show "page not found" when I try and verify them

It will also sometimes process say 10 of the pictures, and then on the auto refresh , refresh into a "page not found" screen.


Its really annoying. What can be done to fix it?? Im on the latest version now. Im using GD2. The same camera is taking all the pictures, and they are all saved as JPEG. Files are maximum 150kb each. If you need more info let me know.

It sounds like a possible server problem where the server is not responding - what happens if you hit REFRESH on a page where you get an error?
