Can't add albums after upgrade from 4.0 to 4.6
 

I just upgraded from 4.0 to 4.6 (the last version that I'm able to download without renewing the license) and now when I go to manage albums it says:

Sorry, Personal Albums are not enabled.

I checked the Options and the "Allow users to create Personal Albums?" is set to "Yes".

I also checked to make sure that the setting stuck in the database and when I search the DB for it I get:

| 98 | Allow users to create Personal Albums? | yes

What am I doing wrong?

How about in usergroup options is Allow Albums set to YES for the usergroups you want to allow albums

There is a global setting and a usergroup specific one ;)
