Exclamation Can Someone Help Me?

We recently purchased and installed PHP software. Everything worked great and as I was loading images this evening, I received the following error:

Warning: fopen(http://www.***.com/www/htdocs/photop.../1/index.htm): failed to open stream: HTTP wrapper does not support writeable connections. in /home/w_***/www/htdocs/photopost/pp-inc.php on line 1995

Hi Becky for the one on permissions, get in on your website control panel or via the master ftp and chmod the permissions to 777

I'm not a developer of photopost, just another user.
