I really need some help with this. Was PP package updated recently? within past week? |
Our product was updated weeks ago with the fix to be compatible with vb35 I would suggest downloading the build and reuploading all template files and main php scripts except the config files |
Thats what I am using and did not have any problems until yesterday. |
You getting these errors by email or on screen? I would reupload the files just in case as I run VB and don't get these errors. Looks to me like your pp-inc.php file is not the latest if your having these errors. |
thanks, i replaced the files and now this: Quote:

I ran the upgrade script as well and got this: Quote:
|
See you never did your upgrade it looks like and your pp-inc.php file was indeed old so your not running the 3.5 compatible photopost ;) I would make sure you double check you truly have 5.2 uploaded. Make sure you are running all 5.2 files and run the upgrade script to create the new cache table and other needed files. |
Okay we posted at the same time. Did you run other needed upgrades? Looks to me like you needed to run others than just 5.11-5.2 Your missing fields so thats why the query is failing |
Well, this doesn't make sense. I upgraded all of the previous PP versions and the latest I performed was around october 6th-8th.... and there were no issues or anything until last night so if it was the upgrade wouldn't it have happened before? |
well the only thing would make sense if possibly your server got rolled back to a previous install database and files by your host. View your database does your cache table exist? Is there anything in it? Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/defence/public_html/pictures/pp-inc.php on line 208 If there is nothing in it then it would seem to me the query to add the cats info to the cache table is failing here. |
It still has files from 10/10/2005 so that's out of the question. If there was a roll back, I would know about it. even when i try to upgrade from the previous versions.... it tells me the table exists/entry exists, etc. |
Well you need to find out what is missing here. In pp-inc.php you can set this line $showsqldebug = 0; to say this $showsqldebug = 1; Then maybe a more detailed error would be shown here |
Using phpmyadmin try running this it looks to me as if your cache table is corrupt if it exists REPAIR TABLE pics_cache |

Btw, I did not get any special error message with the debug mode on. |
