Ensure you have uploaded all the new files. However there may be nothing you can do here about this.

We only watermark medium and large images in our program. However if you are using permanent watermarking you destroy the original file and the watermark is embedded into the image.

The only way your thumbnails would have your watermark on it is say you did a complete rebuild of thumbnails which would rebuild them from the large which has the watermark on it

Does this make more sense.

As i told you some post back.
When i upload big pictures i get for 90% Page not found.
The PHP memory is already Higher then normal and before the big update at VBulletin and PP to 3.5.0 and 5.2 we have problems with uploading pictures.

The strange thing is that we have installed a second PP for testing on our ( same ) server and that one is working perfectly..

Well I would suggest you rerun the upgrades from 5.0 up however

Check to ensure in that case you uploaded all new files etc. You might want to take your old photopost install and delete the templates directory and all main php scripts except config files

Reupload all files main php files and templates. See if that helps. The error you describe is usually a PHP memory error when using GD
